The Kenyan community has come together to support Reverend Kathy Kiuna, who has been profoundly affected by the death of her husband, Bishop Allan Kiuna.

The influential preacher and co-founder of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) passed away on July 9 while receiving treatment at a city hospital after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Bishop Allan Kiuna was a towering figure in the religious community, known for his passionate ministry, dynamic preaching, and dedication to his congregation.

Alongside his wife, Reverend Kathy Kiuna, he built JCC into a vibrant spiritual home for many. His death has sent shockwaves through the community, leading to an outpouring of grief and support from Kenyans across the country.

In the wake of this profound loss, JCC has organized a series of memorial services to honor Bishop Kiuna's life and legacy. These services began on July 10 and are set to continue until July 14, culminating in his burial on July 17. The memorials have provided a space for the community to come together, share their memories, and offer their condolences to the grieving family.

During one of these memorial services, Reverend Kathy Kiuna, dressed in an all-black ensemble, was visibly emotional as she paid tribute to her late husband.

Her raw display of grief resonated deeply with many in attendance and those following the services online. The sight of her breaking down while praising her husband was a poignant reminder of the deep bond they shared and the immense loss she is enduring.

Kenyans from all walks of life have taken to social media to express their condolences and offer prayers for Kathy and her family.

The JCC leadership released a statement following Bishop Kiuna's death, praising him as an extraordinary man who touched countless lives through his ministry.

"Bishop Allan Kiuna was a man of great faith, vision, and compassion," the statement read. "He dedicated his life to serving God and uplifting others, and his legacy will live on through the countless lives he impacted."

The church has asked for privacy as they prepare for his funeral, emphasizing the need for a dignified and respectful farewell to the esteemed preacher.

Bishop Kiuna's children, Vanessa and Jeremy Kiuna, also paid tribute to their father on social media, sharing personal memories and expressing their profound loss.

Vanessa wrote, "Dad, you were a pillar of strength and a source of endless love. Your guidance and wisdom have shaped me into who I am today, and your legacy will continue to inspire me every day."

Jeremy shared, "You were not just a father, but a mentor and a friend. Your love for us was boundless, and your faith unwavering. We will carry your teachings in our hearts forever."

His ministry reached far beyond the walls of JCC, touching lives across Kenya and even internationally.
