Nairobi, Kenya – A horrific discovery in the Mukuru kwa Njenga dumpsite has sparked outrage and led to a powerful call for change in Kenya's leadership.
Embakasi East Member of Parliament (MP) Babu Owino has demanded President William Ruto's resignation following the retrieval of several mutilated bodies from an abandoned quarry in the Kware area.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), led by Mohamed Amin, confirmed that six bodies were found.

He believes that Kenya is in desperate need of credible leadership to navigate out of the current storms. “I appeal to the President to search his conscience and accept what is now evident to the whole world; that he is unable to competently discharge the duties,” Owino emphasized.
