"If Anything happens To Me, President William Ruto Should Be Held Accountable - Rigathi Gachagua

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has made strong accusations against President William Ruto, claiming the president is behind his current troubles.

According to Gachagua, there have been two attempts to poison him, which he believes were orchestrated by security agents.

He said these agents tried to tamper with his food, but when those attempts failed, a plan to impeach him was set into motion.

Gachagua expressed concern for his safety and that of his family. He firmly stated that if anything harmful happens to him or his family, President Ruto should be held responsible.

These allegations have raised eyebrows, highlighting the tension between the two leaders, who were once close allies.

In his statements, Gachagua did not give specific details about when or where the poisoning attempts occurred, nor did he mention who was directly involved.

However, he strongly suggested that these actions were being directed by powerful figures within the government.

The impeachment plot, as described by Gachagua, is seen as a follow-up to the failed poisoning attempts.

He hinted that his enemies are determined to get rid of him and weaken his political influence. Though he did not offer full details of the plan, it is clear that Gachagua feels targeted by those in power.

The fallout between Gachagua and Ruto seems to be escalating, marking a significant shift in their political relationship.

Once seen as partners, their differences are now playing out in public, with Gachagua openly accusing Ruto of betrayal. Political analysts believe this could have a lasting impact on Kenya’s political landscape.

So far, there has been no official response from President Ruto or his team regarding these serious accusations.

The public and political observers are now closely watching how this situation will develop and what it could mean for the future of Kenyan politics.

Gachagua, meanwhile, has called for extra protection for himself and his loved ones. He remains firm in his warning that President Ruto will be responsible if any harm comes their way.

His claims have drawn widespread attention, and many are waiting to see how the authorities will respond to this growing political storm.
