Bungoma Security Guard Who Graduated from Kibabii University Gets Emotional As She Lands TSC Teaching Job

Clair Juma, a security guard from Bungoma, has achieved a remarkable feat by graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kibabii University.

Her story is a true inspiration, as she balanced the demanding roles of being a mother, working full-time as a security guard, and pursuing higher education.

For years, Claire had to juggle her responsibilities at work and home while continuing her studies.

Despite the challenges, she pushed through, determined to make a better life for herself and her child.

Her hard work and dedication finally paid off when she graduated from Kibabii University, earning her degree.

Claire’s success story took an uplifting turn when Moses Wetangula, the Speaker of the National Assembly, invited her to his office.

Wetangula commended her for her perseverance and resilience in completing her studies while managing other responsibilities.

He described her journey as an example of how hard work and dedication can lead to success, no matter the circumstances.

"Clare has proven that no woman is limited," Wetangula said, acknowledging the strength and determination she had shown.

In an exciting development, Wetangula revealed that he had arranged for Claire to be employed permanently by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) as a secondary school teacher.

This job offer is a recognition of her efforts and a chance for her to pursue her passion for education.

The TSC’s decision to offer her a permanent position provides her with job security and a platform to inspire others in similar situations.
