Three others, including two women aged 24 and a one-and-a-half-year-old child, were critically injured and are currently being treated at the same hospital.
The bodies of the deceased were taken to the Coast General Hospital Mortuary for preservation and further post-mortem examinations.
Police officers from Maganda Police Station, alongside the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Jomvu, responded swiftly to the scene.
Investigations are ongoing to establish the cause of the collapse and assess whether negligence or structural weaknesses played a role in the tragedy.
