The family of two brothers, Bramwel and Eugene, who were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Kayole, Nairobi, is now facing a difficult situation as they struggle to raise funds for postmortem and body preservation.
The two young men were discovered lifeless in their home, but the cause of their deaths remains unclear.
Their family, particularly their grandfather, Kweyu, has expressed their deep distress over the inability to afford the necessary medical procedures that could help provide clarity on what led to their untimely passing.
According to Kweyu, the family was initially hopeful that the postmortem could be carried out at Mama Lucy Hospital in Umoja, where the boys' bodies were taken.
However, the hospital requires KSh 8,000 per postmortem, and the family is currently unable to meet this cost.
In addition, they need an extra KSh 6,000 to preserve the bodies at the mortuary until further arrangements can be made.
With no means to cover these expenses, the family is appealing for financial assistance from well-wishers.
The tragic loss of Bramwel and Eugene is compounded by the emotional toll of their deaths.
The brothers, who had been orphaned earlier in life, had recently received strong support from their extended family, particularly in terms of their education.
Bramwel, the older brother, had even started driving school, and both boys had dreams and aspirations that their family had been nurturing after the loss of their parents.
Just a few hours before their deaths, the brothers were seen spending time with their uncle, Tengo David, who had even planned to borrow Bramwel’s laptop.
This interaction has left the family with more questions, especially since they were in good spirits before their sudden demise.
The mystery surrounding their deaths has left the family in a state of uncertainty, and they are eager to have the postmortem results to understand the cause of their passing.
The family is now turning to the public for help, hoping that kind-hearted individuals will come forward to assist them during this challenging time.
They can be reached via phone for any contributions or support.
