The well-known car dealer, who also doubles as a social media influencer, was arrested on Saturday for allegedly defrauding a client.
Reports indicate that Kairo failed to deliver a vehicle after receiving full payment from the complainant.
In videos widely shared online, the arrest at Capitol Hill Police Station was tense, with Kairo appearing distressed.
"Si vita, you are not going to harass me, you can’t harass me bana! You wait I sort things out,” Kairo was heard pleading with the officers.
However, the officers were not convinced. One officer fired back sternly, saying, "Wacha ujinga bwana!
Do you think you are the first person to come here? Sitakuruhusu ulete ujinga hapa. Sisi tunapiga watu. Tutakupiga hapa saa hii tu!"
Sources claim the arrest happened after Kairo allegedly failed to assure the complainant that he was working on settling the issue.
It is reported that Kairo had told the victim he was planning to travel to New York to secure funds but failed to provide a clear plan.
This is not the first time the controversial businessman has faced legal troubles.
On December 3, 2024, Kairo was arrested at a car yard in Ridgeways for a similar case.
Back then, he was accused of failing to deliver a high-end vehicle to another client despite full payment. After that incident, he was taken to Kasarani Police Station for questioning.
Kairo's repeated run-ins with the law have raised questions about his business practices.
Despite his fame as a car dealer and influencer, complaints about undelivered cars are becoming a pattern.
As of now, Kairo remains in custody as investigations continue. Authorities are working to determine whether other cases are linked to his dealings.
For those with similar complaints or further information, law enforcement agencies encourage them to come forward.
The public has been urged to exercise caution when engaging in large transactions without proper documentation.
